Jeff Waller has over 20 years of experience in preparing traffic impact analyses, Complete Streets circulation studies, and other municipal engineering analyses across the greater Monterey Bay and San Francisco Bay Areas.

 

Mr. Waller is well-versed in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and identifying project-specific transportation impacts.  This includes Vehicle Miles Traveled evaluations.  He also has vast experience in the identification of adverse effects - those traffic issues that local agencies look for that don't rise to a CEQA-level impact.

 

Mr. Waller is experienced in various traffic analysis software packages, including Synchro, Sidra, and Traffix.
